Nutrition / food supplements
Hi there!
I would like to know whether or not I can take a food supplement (replacement) in order to make sure that I get all the necessary nutrients in my diet?
If so, which one would you recommend - I'm not going to gym or anything like that.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi REntia
Absolutely, yes. Dieticians often recommend them to people who are in danger of insufficient energy intakes. Of course, it's best to get your energy from a well balanced diet, and the fact that you are not is perhaps something to look at, because even a meal replacement might not make up for some insufficiencies in the diet.
However, if you go with one, Nestle Nutren Active is particularly good, I know dieticians recommend it, so I'd go for that one. I've seen it at pick and Pay, and pharmacies will almost certainly have them too.
Good luck
