Hi there
I'm not exactly sure what Q2 refers to. You haven't indicated a name so I can't even go back on the forum and check what your previous question was. So I am a little stumped as to what I'm supposed to answer.
If I very briefly look at your diet, it's very low in energy and that is going to hinder whatever you try to do. In the long term, it actually prevents weight loss because it forces your body to slow down its normal metabolic rate and so it's actually very important that you eat normally, and in your case, more. For a specific diet, though, I'm not the right person, so I would suggest you contact a dietician to help in this regard.
Good luck
