programme
I am doing the "bikini body in 11 weeks" programme I found on this site. I've heard from some people that it is not good to do a whole body workout everyday, but its better to do for example 1 day legs, next day arm&chest, next day cario ect.
What should I do?

Hi thigh
Depends on the programme. For programmes aimed at building muscle, for example, it is much better to isolate specific muscle groups and train only those groups, because this allows a full day's recovery between training. So you might for exampe do arms on Monday, and only again on Thursday, because Tues and Wednesday are taken up by legs and chest. That allows your Monday session to be that much more intense.
In your case, however, the objective is not to train anything to exhaustion - the programme you're on now is a toning progamme, with emphasis on endurance more than strength. For this reason, you are unlikely to feel that same level of fatigue. Therefore, it's more feasible to train without a rest day. that said, you will still rest during the week, which is important. But more to the point, you don't need to worry about doing the separate muscle groups. It's probabaly better to go for the whole body conditioning and maximize the effect of that single session
Good luck
