pump
I go to gym and after 30mins i get the biggest pump ever, where i can't even workout afterwards. Is this good or bad? i know its good in terms of time spent in the gym since the point is to achieve a pump. i take supplements as well

It's neither good nor bad. That 'pump' is referred to as oedema, quite often and is the result of the increased blood flow to the muscles as a result of exercise.
Whether it has any importance or not is very debatable. It's transient, so the effect is gone within hours of finishing, when the fluid returns to what we call the extra-cellular space (basically, the blood), and so it's not really that important to achieve in the short term. You see it in swimmers a lot, because swimming is most conducive to this happening in the cardiovascular system.
