Hi doc, the only exercise I do is cycling that is what I enjoy. I do about 4 times a week 30min. After about 15mins the seat gets uncomfortable any tips to make it more comfy. thanks

That's a tricky one! Usually it gets more comfortable over time - you kind of just learn how to cope, get used to it or become more comfortable in balancing your weight. The only thing that you may be able to do to help is to lower the saddle slightly, sometimes if the saddle is too high, you lean too far forward and your body weight is placed more over the saddle, causing pain. So try that, it may help a little. But other than this, you will find that it just gets better over time, and you have to ride it out (excuse the pun) until then.
