ur advice please
Hi doc
I was trainin hard before our fasting month and loosing weight. I had become satisfied with eating healthy not being hungry and 45min cardio everyday. During the month I stopped training it was too difficult and no eating during the day made it worst, I did over indulge in that month at night, and i found i cant stop eating lot and bad food. At night i feel so hungry i cant sleep even thou i eat 3 good meals during the day, eating small portions through the day does not work for me. Also when I wake up in the morning my body feels so heavy I jus cant get on to my cyclin bike. I hav tea I feel better, What can i eat in the morning before i train or at night so when i wake up i feel good and fresh instead of a ton of bricks.
Thank you
Muhammad

I think that rather than make some radical changes or looking for a magic food that will take away your hunger, you have to move away from the erratic eating habits. You need to sit down and plan a day where you eat 5 meals, perhaps your regular 3 meals and 3 in between snacks. They must be healthy, filling meals, not snacks that are junk food. You may also need to cut down on the sugar – that can certainly explain the hunger ‘pangs’ you feel. Just try to eat consistently and regularly, even for a week, and you will be back in the groove. I think you have just fallen out of routine and all you need is to return to it.
Good luck
