voel naar tydens oefening
ek is n 37jarige vrou ek probeer elke dag maandae tot vrydae in die gym oefen en as ek nie kan doen ek dit by die huis die probleem is dat soms word ek erg naar en effens van balas as ek oefen ,ek doen 45 min interval cardio en dan n circuit en ekstra oefeninge saam dit ek drink n usn shake voor ek gym toe gaan ek is eintlik al raadop dalk verbeel ek my??

ek wil ook noem dat ek my vet% van 23% na 20.3 en die afgelope vier weke af na 18.4% gebring het ek weeg 77kg en is 1 78 lank ek wil so graag in die gesonde vet zone val en sal aanhou oefen !

My first thought is that it's a blood pressure thing, that your blood pressure is very low when you stop exercise. The other option is blood sugar.

You might try, next time you train, drinking something like Powerade or Energade DURING training, and see if it changes anything.

If it does, then the problem was blood sugar. If it doesn't, then the more likely solution is blood pressure, but that's not guaranteed. If the problem persists, then I'd see a doctor about it, and maybe look at tests to see the problem.
