What are the best exercises for a shoulder injury?

I hurt both my shoulders a couple of months ago whilst training. X-rays does not show anything wrong with the bone structure, but if I press down on the muscles at the top of my shoulders, it is painful. I cannot lift weights with straight arms in a sideways ore forward motion.

At the moment I am doing only light-weight shoulder exercises. Elbows parallel to the floor. Forarms 90 degrees to the floor. Twisting the muscles in the shoulder by lowering and lifting a weight in a forward and backward motion keeping the upper and forarms perpendicular to one-another. Are these exercises ok? Can I add some more?
