What exercise for me?
Hi there, I go to gym and although I am sexily built, I have a complex about
my 'saddlebags' Men say they are femine and I know mine arent too severe
but I need to get rid of them. I do the treadmill 3 to 4 times a week at a fast
pace for say 20 to 25 minutes at a time and am a provincial squash player.
Somehow I am not seeing too many results and before I consider liposuction, do you have any suggestions?

Try some resistance training. Go to the home page and try out War on Wobbles programme and add some resistance training into your training. PLease don't go for liposuction - it is NOT worth it.
