Winter Stap
Ek stap gewoonlik 4.6Km - 45min 3 tot 4 x p.week saans
Met die son wat vroeër sak het ek net 'n half uur voordat dit donker is{ woon op plaas} indien ek 2 km 3 tot 4 keer p.week
stap sal dit ook help? , seker nie veel kj verbrand nie maar
ten minste my spiere in oefening hou tot na die winter? Ek hou nie veel van aerobiese oef nie en verkies die stap.

It will definitely help - you can do everything possible, and it all helps. Therefore, even though it may be less that normal, it's still going to benefit you. Of course, perhaps on weekends, you can walk a little earlier, and then you can do your normal walk of 5 or more kilometers, but if you can't then don't do nothing - do what you can.

The other thing that you can consider is that seeing that you will only be walking for about 20 to 30 minutes, you can now walk this a little faster than you normally would - therefore, increase the intensity a little once or twice a week, to help make up for the shorter duration.
