Hi Spanky and welcome to our forum.

If your post is indeed serious, and you're concerned about STIs, you need to know about barrier methods as opposed to contraception. A barrier is aimed at preventing the exchange of body fluids. For oral sex you can use a dental dam, which is basically a small sheet of latex that is placed over your partner's vaginal area. These are just about impossible to buy in South Africa so make your own. Use a sheet of kitchen cling-film, the NON micro-wave variety (cling film for microwave ovens is perforated with tiny holes to let steam pass through). Cover sex toys with condoms which you should change before sharing toys.
