Need help!
My relationship of 6 years have been ended I still love her and I can't seem to handle her rejection of me and we still live under same roof. The harder I try the worse it gets. It feels like I'm losing my mind. We can't talk about it because it always turns into a hell of a argument. I cry everyday I've lost over 10kg sins this started. I don't know how to handle this I've never been in situation like this and I've never expected her to leave me. Please help me?

Hi Dudette, a warm welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're going through such a tough time.

I agree with Nikki - you really should not be living with your ex partner. Being with her is absolutely chaotic for you and it is 100% essential that you move out and stop having any contact with her. There's a part of you that is still bargaining, trying one way or the other to win her back and this is destroying you and driving you deeper into depression.

This is a time for your family and friends to support you to make a clean break from your ex. Things will only get worse if you stay where you are.
