Deca = Weight loss?
Please help me. I have gone for a Maartens Profile blood test. This test exactly calculates all the different hormones in your blood and the result is that you know how much testosterone, progesterone and other hormones and if they are in the correct comparison. The end goal is to have the correct comparison hormones to help with depression etc.

I got a prescription for Mercilon 1/day, Disprin CV 1/day and Deca-Durabolin 25mg every 2 months to be repeated 6. I have picked up weight a few months ago (maybe too much oestrogen in blood?). My question now is will I loose the weight that I have gained when using the Deca?

Dear Morte

Unfortunately I am not familiar wih the Maartens Profile Blood test because this is not a genetic test. We can perform a genetic test to determine if your oestrogen levels might be increased due to a gene mutation that increases the risk of breast cancer, especially in obese persons. But I am not sure if this knowledge could help you with regard to your weight problem.
