prader villé syndrome
I am sorry If I don't make sense but I am not sure how this is spelt or anything. Friends have a member of their extended family living with them and need any information on "Prader Villé Syndrome". The patient is 23 and male.

Dear Shannon

Prader-Willi syndrome is a genetically determined neurodevelopmental disorder caused by a chromosome abnormality - deletion of a part of chromosome 15. In addition to a characteristic physical and behavioural phenotype, those with the syndrome may have impaired social cognition, literal mindedness and inflexibility.

I hope this information is helpful but personal genetic counselling of family members is strongly recommended.
