After birth pain
Hi. I have given birth 9 days ago, Spinal Ceserian. However I have had cramps in my lower body and anus, that are very unfomfortable and regular. Is this normal? How long will this continue?
When after birth can I start with excercise? What types of excercise is recommended and what should be avoided?
Regards

It is normal to have some pain at 9 days. Cramps in the uterus can occur especially during breastfeeding.
You should wait at least 6 weeks before any stenuous exercise. Walking is probably best at this stage.
