I have been off the pill for three months and the last two months I have had breakthrough bleeding. I spoke to my Gynae who said that it will take at least three months for my cycle to get back to normal I was supposed to have started my period today, but nothing has happened as yet and this is the first month that no breakthrough bleeding has happened.

For the last week or so my nipples have been sensitive to touch ,my breasts have been tender and I have needed to pass water regularly. I have also been constipated, but I put the constipation down to being on Ferrous Sulphate.

I bought a pregnancy test today and have not tried it as yet, when should I try and see if I am or should I wait and see if I start tomorrow or Sunday, please advise.
