Anti-depressents during pregnancy

I am currently on Serlife 50 x 1 a day. We would like to try for a baby next year. Can I stay on the medication or is there a suitable anti-depressant for pregnant mothers?

The antidepressants which have been best studied in pregnancy are Prozac and Amitryptiline. Discuss this with your psychiatrist regarding the possibility of changing.
