Bladder issue
For the last week or two I have had an embarrasing problem.
I cannot seem to hold my urine back, i.e. if I feel the urge the go, I cannot hold it back. I feel so desperate and helpless in public places. Sometimes I cannot get out of the car fast enough or open the door to my house - it eventually starts leaking into my undies. Please help with advise. This has worsened in the last two weeks, but my hubby has said that he always thought I had a weak bladder 'cos I have to go "pee" so often!

As this is recent, the first thing to exclude would be a bladder infection. You could also have irritable bladder syndrome where the muscles of the bladder are overactive so that you ferel the need to go to the toilet even when your bladder is not full. There are various treatments for this, including pelvic exercises and medication.
