Bleeding 7 days after missed pills?

I missed 7 pills to date and had intercourse on day 3 of missed pills,only now 4 days later i have started to bleed almost like my normal period so its not spotting.would this rule out pregnancy and be considered a withdrawal bleed or is this my period. I was on the first week of pills when i started missing pills. Does a bleed automatically mean conception can be rulled out
