Breastfeeding...what to take?
Hi , I am mom to a 6 week old boy....I am afraid my milk is going to get less and less. At the moment I do give some NAN as well. But I would love to breastfeed xclusively. Is there ANY medication that could help me in producing more milk?
And how do I get around not being able to express? Nothing comes out, but if I use my hand, the milk does flow?

You can try Brewer's yeast.
See a lactation consultant to help you with expressing.
