Caesarian and exercising.
Had a C-section, 14days ago. When can I start with abdominal
strengthening exercises or pilates. Unfortunately stillborn baby, so now I want to get started with some activity.

Youi should do only very gentle exercises at this stage. You should wiat six weeks before getting back to full exercise.
