An erosion is an area of the cervix where the tissue which is usually in the cervical canal becomes exteriorised to the outer cervix. This is usually a hormonal effect, common in women who are pregnant or on the Pill. Cervicitis is infection of the cervix. These are not serious conditions.
The pap smear means what it says - there was some blood in the smear.
