colitis and pregnancy
Hi,
I am suffering from ulcerative colitis for 8 years and I have been taking prednsone for a while. I have been trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years now. Does prednisone or the illness itself affect fertility and what check ups should I do in order to locate the problem? I have fallen preagnant before.

You don't say what dose of prednisone you are on. High doses could interfere with ovulation. The colitis itself will not affect conception.
