Conception without period
I have been off the pill for over a month now and was supposed to start menstruating this past Tuesday. If I am not pregnant, will I still be able to conceive without menstruating?

Periods can often be irregular for two to three months after stopping the Pill. The delayed period may be because of this, or it may be that you are pregnant. The only way to know would be to do a pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant, you could ovulate in your next cycle and conceive before the next period is due.
