Dear Doc

Please could you advise on the following,I'm 28 yrs old have 2 kids, when I was still in high school I had a small lump removed from my left breast, which at the time the docter said it was nothing to be concerned about,it was normal. However, for the past few months, I get a pain in my left breast, like a burning pain, and I feel it in my left armpit as well, I do not feel any lumps though, should there be reason for concern??

Thank you.

Breast problems are dealt with by surgeons, not gynaecologists. Please redirect your question.
