desperate
Ive been to several gyneas and trying to find out if I can conceive all I get is yes but Im still not pregnant and Im not on any pill/njection is there a faster way I could take or maybe even an operation to assist Im 25yrs and desperate

You need to check for ovulation, whether your tubes are open and your partner's sperm count. If these are all normal, try timing intercourse around ovulation.
