Fatigue and body pain
Im 19 and currently on Nordette. I have been diagnosed with low blood pressure, low iron and fairly low blood sugar (around 3.2). None of these, I am told, are severe enough to warrant medication but I have to watch what I eat. I have however for the past couple of weeks been experincing severe fatigue, so much so that Im unable to do very much of anything without needing to sleep. In the past week I have also been suffering from body pain, in the form of aching muscles and burning eyes. Are any of these problems related? If so, what is the best possible way to combat them?

You could try taking a good multivitamin, which may help the fatigue. The rest of the symptoms sound more like a viral infection and would not be related to the low blood pressure, etc.
