Just wondering how long this lasts? and how you know what it is? I experience an almost period like cramp / pain in the middle lower part of tummy, with no bleeding or discharge and am about 7weeks preggers, only have my first apptmnt with gynae in two weeks..is this normal? Could it be gas or constipation related and when does it end? I always thought I'd be one for natural birth (I've never ever had period pains in my life so this is all very very new!! and it's my first time preggers) but after experiencing these little twinges I can't see myself going through hours of labour! Do you think this is normal ? Also would like to know if it could be realted to taking too much vit b6 and magnesium, as I take this as well as DS24 and extra folic acid. The constipation cramps drive me crazy and usually occur shortly after eating or in the middle of the night
