GynaeDoc HELP! Should I be worried?
I am feeling not so nice, I have an upset stomach, getting sharp shooting pains in my lower back and pressure on my pelvic region. Is this anything to be concerned about? It comes and goes....oh, also feeling a little short of breath and lightheaded.

Pelvic pressure and back pain at this stage is normal. There are a number of tummy bugs around at the moment. If it does not settle in a day or two, you should see your doctor.
