HELP!!! Need advice

I had a miscarriage in Sept 2006 at 12 weeks. I was 3 days late and did 1 of those HPT. It is positive. I've started taking folic acid.
What else should I take?

In the last few weeks I have been carrying heavy things and jumping and playing with my son. Would this have any effect on the pregnancy?

Another thing does gnae's charge levy's of R150.00 these days.
The gnae I go to started doing that. Is it normal practice?

You could take a multivitamin like Pregnavit M. Lifting heavy objects will not affect the pregnancy but could hurt your back.
Most gynaecologists charge above medical aid rates so you have to pay in a sum of money.

Best wishes
