after my child birth i use birth control planning "quail" but after 5 month i had a problem with my menopause cycle its only come 3 or 4 days .its not regular for 7 days like before i get peregent

I presume that you mean the coil. This can cause heavy periods but should not cause them to be irregular. I would suggest that you see your gynaecologist.
