marfan syndrome and pregnancy
I brlieve that Marfan syndrome is a risk factor in pregnancy. Please give me more information on this and on the best choice for delivery - caesarian section or natural birth.

You are correct that there are risks to a pregnancy if you have Marfan's syndrome. Many of these risks are related to the higher chance of cardiac disease.
