mentrual cycle
i am 40yrs old and after my baby which is now 5yrs my period lasted for 3 days and was normal but this month got my period which lasted 3 days and the 3rd day there waslike nothing now today it is like my first day of my period is it normal and i suffer with terrible painull cramps just in my left leg when i get my period.
please advise.

A slightly shorter period is probably normal. I am not sure how long ago your last period was. You say today is like the first day of your period, but you don't say where in your cycle you are. Pain on the first day of the period is normal.
