Myomectomy
Hi
I had an abdominal myomectomy early 2006. I wouldlike to confirm if it possible for the gynae to notice any abnormalities in the uterus, cervix and other organs that may result in cancer during this operation. Is there a need to do a Pap Smear test this year? Please help

You still need a pap smear. Pre-cancer is not visible to the naked eye.

Best wishes
