Hi,
I have been on 2 rounds of Fertomid and am still not pregnant. The first round I took 50 mg and second round i took 100mg. I went to gynae for check up on ovulation and I had three very ripe follicles. We did the deed at all the right times etc etc. My period has started and now i am extremely despondent. I have also been on Glucophage due to insulin resistance problem. I do have one child already, who was conceived so easily, but it seems this time round I have no luck. What to from here - how many rounds can i have of Fertomid and is there any hope for me?????

It is a good sign that the Fertomid got you to ovulate. Even in the best circumstances there is only a 20% chance of conceiving. You should carry on for at least another 2-3 cycles.
