Ovarian Cyst
About a month ago I was told by my GP that I had a partially ruptured cyst on my right ovary. I was assured that it was no cause for alarm, that it is a very common thing and that it would go away on its own.
Over this past week however, I've noticed my stomach increasing in size, so much so that I appear to be pregnant.
Could it still be the cyst?

It is unlikely that this is due to the cyst.
