Painfull Periods?
I am 32years old now and ever since, 1994 I have had really bad cramps. Unlike most of what I have read, mine start 8 to 10 days before my period. They last the entire 8 to 10 days. Once they stop, I start my period.
In 1996 I went to several doctors. No one seemed to understand what I was going through. They diagnosed me with all kinds of things but after getting second one opinion to another and another, I got tired of listening to them and just decided to live with my pain. I occasionally read up on the internet and get others opinions without having to spend an arm and a leg like I did back in 1996.
I have never had what I would call a normal adult life because of these pains I get, and have even considered finding a doctor to just remove all of my woman organs. I would rather have to take hormones the rest of my life and deal with hot flashes, then have to go through this until I am 60 and naturally go through my change.

It sounds liek congestive dysmenorrhoea. Causes for this are pelvic infection, pelvic congestion syndrome or adenomyosis. These would generally require a laparooscopy to make the diagnosis. Tretament varies depending on the cause. You could try anti-inflammatories like Ponstan in the meantime.
