Period again

Hi Doc, I posted recently regarding my period that happend every two weeks. My last period was ok and it was in the right cycle, but now two weeks later and its back. I seriuosly dont want to do the hysteroscopy as my gynae suggested. Should I rather remove the mirena and take it from there?
