Periods.
I'm 36 and my height is 1.6 and weight is 56kg. I do a walking exercise everyday for and hour. I've realised that everytime i get my periods I get dizzy and shaking for a day or two.
My blood pressure is 110/65. Could it be the low blood pressure?
Must i see the doctor for this?
Thanks.

Your blood pressure is not particularly low. This is most likely due to PMS and is quite common.
