ek het eers die inspuitng as voorbehoed gebruik toe het ek beign gewig optel toe was ek dokter toe en is nou op minerva die pil maar my gewig bly die selfde of ek tel nog op ek gym 3-5 keer per week meeste cardio en probeer so ver moontlik gesond te eet. Ek swot en het nogal baie stress ook gee raad asb. dankie
