I have been diagnosed with PCOS and dont really know alot about the syndrome. My gynea did a pap smear and also requested blood tests to be done, before giving me any treatment.I have read that people with PCOS have a change of 50-70% of falling pregnant. I am without the pill for almost 7 months now and for the past 2 months or more I have not had any period and prior not very regular. Before I used the Triphasil, my period was not very regular. I do have signs and symptoms of PCOS. What are my chances? What type of results can I expect from the blood test?

The blood test was probably to check if you are ovulating. If you are not ovulating, you will not conceive without treatment such as Clomid.
