Please help could this be the baby moving?
I have been having the strangest feelings the past three days or so. Right at the bottom of my abdomen about 3cm below my belly button all of a sudden it makes a hard ball and it presses out making my skin feel very tight but also that spot is very hard and it lasts for a few seconds and then it goes away. And it doesn't happen often. Usually at night when I lie down in bed or when I get up in the morning then I feel it.
I am 16 weeks pregnant today? Could this be the baby moving or is it the muscles?
