Pregnancy test proved postive
Had a pregnancy test and urine test - both proved positve for pregnancy. However nothing seen in uterus through a scan. Started bruising without bumping myself. Docotr checked for endometriosus - found nothing. Am having a D and C to test for a blyted ovum. Started feeling nauseas some time ago, that is why I went for the pregnanvy test. Please tell me if my information I have shared with you relates to a serious health problem. The doctor did say it is a hormonal problem. What do you suggest could be wrong?
If the blood pregnancy test was positive and the uterus appeared empty, it may just be too early to see anything on scan. The sac can only be seen from 51/2 to 6 weeks. Perhpas you should have a repeat scan ina week. Your symptoms seems to fit with pregnancy.
