IM 15 WEEKS PREGNANT,I DON`T HAVE APPETITE.I JUST FORCE MYSELF TO EAT.AFTER EATING IM FEELING LAZY,AND NAUSEA.WHAT CORRECT OR HEALTHY DIET SHOULD I FOLLOW.PLEASE HELP I WANT MY BABY TO BE STRONG AND HEALTHY.
