Pregnant - 5 weeks?
Hi there

I went for a blood test yesterday and am still waiting for the results. The doc did a pregnancy test as well and that was possitive. He roughly worked out that I'm 5 weeks pregnant (he did say that a scan will be more accurate). The first day of my last period was 10 May so ovulation was around 26/27 May (31 day cycle). If I'm pregnant it can't be more than 3 weeks or am I working it out incorrectly? Can someone explain how the number of weeks are worked out?

I will wait for the final test results before being even more happy!

Thanks
H

Pregnancy is worked out from the first day of your last period, so you would be about 5 weeks pregnant.
