SIDE PAINS - STITCHES

I have a problem with side pains which are always on and off. They are very painful such that i sometimes cant stand upright
Sometimes these pains attack me during sex with my husband such that if he is on top of me i will be in deep pain.Could i have a prolem in the uterus or they are just stitches. I dont exercise or do atheletics so i dont know why my mussles are so tight. Sometimes i dont enjoy sex i dont feel the pleasure though my husband is very good in all styles.
I also have a whitish - yellowish discharge on my panties from my vagina. Is this normal??
