ive posted a letter on this topic before but didnt get a reply,so ill try again.
im a 22 yr old female and i havent had my period for the past 3 months, going on 4.
ive never been on the pill so my cycle doesnt have to adjust to the intake of hormones and im not pregnant, did a home pregnancy test and visited my gynae.

There are a number of possible causes for absent periods. These include thyroid problems, overactivity of the milk producing gland, not ovulating, PCOS, stress, excessive weight gain/loss. Many women miss the odd period at some stage of their lives, hence the suggestion that you wait a few months to see what happens. I would suggest that you go back to your gynaecologist if you do not have a period in the next two or three months.

Best wishes
