Uncomfortable vagina
I am 39. After my recent hysteroctomy, my vagina feels strange during sex - i.e. tight, and kind of feels bruised. I do use a lubricant. When I asked my doctor, he says its because my "vagina is ageing", after the op. This sounds horrible. Is this true? What can I do to slow this process?
If your ovaries were also removed, this would mean that you are not producing oestrogen anymore. This keeps the vagina moist and supple. You could use Premarin cream to help with this.
