Vaginsmus
Hi
I suffer with secondary vaginismus and am undergoing therapy with the dilators.
I recently succeeded with the #1 dilator, got it all the way in but when i took it out, it burned, stinging sensation and i was sore for a few days after. No bleeding or anything, is this normal if you are not used to penetration?
I used a lot of lubricant so i know it wasnt a dryness factor.
Thanks
Vicky
