Very little sleep - 32 weeks preggies
Dear Gynae Doc,
I can't sleep at night - I have an average of 3 hours sleep every night - lie tossing and turning and baby is very busy at night. My mind just cannot switch off and I hear every single noise in the house - althought it is probably dead quiet?!?!
Are there sleeping tablets one can take whilst preggies without having the affect that I will be groggy and still sleepish the next day (I need to be alert for work) what about Nervuton (homeopathic pills) but I have a feeling they will be too mild for me.
Please help - I am so tired and irritable.
Would love to hear from you soonest.
B.rgds,
Broody

Try 'sleep hygiene' - reading before bed, having a warm relaxing bath, drinking chamomile tea. It is best to avoid sleeping tablets. I am not familiar with Nervuton.

Best wishes
